I learned the value of bribery with sweets and chocolates as a child when taken to see a dentist in Nottingham for the first time, and not that much about teeth. I recently underwent a major smile makeover, and I can tell you first-hand how amazing it is, and what a huge difference it makes to how you look and to how you feel. There was not just one thing wrong with my smile, everything was wrong with it. My yellow teeth and the smile itself was completely out of place and just horrific. Dental implants are installed using a simple surgery, usually performed while the patient is under general anesthesia. While the surgery is minor, the dentist or oral surgeon performing it must be skilled and take great care not to damage the jaw or the nerves running through the jawbone.
